Hiring your company saved me

I called another company. They quoted a price that might was
as much as buying a new washer. So, when I read your policies
I decided to call you, and I am glad that I did. The service
was superior and the price was very reasonable-- much different
from the other company. Now my Whirlpool washer is back to
normal operation and you definitely saved me the money and

I work in San Antonio, where we have
an old GE refrigerator in our lunch room. One day the refrigerator
started leaking, so I called San Antonio Appliance Repair.
And, as they say on their website, the repair technician came
on the same day. The technician was very polite and informative.
He had parts in his vehicle and did the repair right away.
Since then, the refrigerator has worked excellently.
I greatly appreciate being able to call and have someone
take care of our refrigerator’s problem right away.

I just wanted to say thank you for
the service you provide to us. I certainly found that it’s
a good choice to move on and find a new company in San Antonio
to work with when you are dissatisfied with a company's service.
In the past I was using another company for fixing my appliance
repairs – but they made me to wait five days before they
come to do a repair. So when my washer broke, a friend of mine
recommended San Antonio Appliance Repair. I am so glad that
she did it. When I called I was ready to wait couple of days
before they sent a technician at my house. But the person on
the phone was very nice and gave me the choice of whether to
send the tech the same day or another day that was more convenient
for me. I chose the second option and the technician showed
when they said they would. The very nice man explained why my
Kenmore washer wasn't spinning and told me how I can prevent
this from happening again. After that he gave me a written estimate,
which I approved and he fixed my washer right away.

| We have a Bosh dishwasher, which, in June
2007, we used San Antonio Appliance Repair to fix because water
was staying inside on the bottom. The technician who I dealt
with was very helpful and professional. He came on time and
called me 15 min. before he arrived. He explained that the pump
wasn't draining and fixed our dishwasher on the spot. What else
could I ask for? Everything went very smoothly.

I wanted to drop you a line to
thank you for the level of customer service I received when
I requested service on my Sub Zero ice maker. Unfortunately,
there seems to be a poor customer service "norm"
with most companies. I called late at night because the refrigerator
started leaking from the ice maker. From that first call,
San Antonio Appliance Repair’s responsiveness and customer
service level has been first-rate.
They told me over the phone how to stop the water and send
the technician right away who immediately fixed the problem.
I am certainly not used to courteous, responsive customer
service in today's business world. So, San Antonio Appliance
Repair deserves recognition for their professionalism and
top-notch customer service.
